Delete your account

Delete from the mobile app

The fastest way is inside the Diamond Caffe app while you are signed in:

Open Account → Settings → Delete account. Confirm when prompted. Your profile and vouchers are removed; this cannot be undone.

Delete by email

If you cannot open the app, email hello@diamondcaffe.co.uk from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my loyalty account”. Include your member name. We will confirm when deletion is complete.

What we delete

We erase your member profile, contact details, active vouchers, and device tokens used for wallet updates. You will no longer be able to sign in or redeem rewards.

What we may retain

Anonymised visit and ledger records needed for UK VAT and accounting may be retained without personal identifiers, as described in our Privacy Policy.
