Terms of Use

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website, mobile applications, digital wallet passes, and in-store loyalty programmes provided by Diamond Caffe Ltd ("Diamond Caffe", "we", "us"). By creating an account, downloading our app, adding a pass to Apple Wallet or Google Pay, or presenting your code at our till stations, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 16 years of age to register an account. You are responsible for ensuring that all details provided during sign-up are accurate and kept up to date. You must maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Each individual is permitted one loyalty membership account.

3. In-Store Scanning & Security

Our loyalty system uses cryptographic dynamic QR codes (incorporating Time-based One-Time Passwords) to authenticate member visits. Codes refresh automatically every 30 seconds. Screenshots or duplicated static representations are strictly prohibited and will be rejected at the till station.

4. Acceptable Use & Conduct

You agree not to:

• Manipulate, reverse-engineer, or attempt to forge loyalty stamps, points, or vouchers.
• Use bots, automated scripts, or unauthorized software to interact with our APIs.
• Resell, barter, or transfer vouchers or member rewards for cash consideration.
• Attempt to bypass in-store scan verification or tamper with retail till stations.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, service marks (including the Diamond Caffe wordmark and diamond insignia), user interfaces, visual designs, and software code are the intellectual property of Diamond Caffe Ltd and are protected under UK and international copyright and trademark laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Diamond Caffe Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from digital service outages, mobile network disruptions, or temporary till station maintenance. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
