Loyalty Programme Terms

1. Overview
The Diamond Caffe Loyalty Programme is operated by Diamond Caffe Ltd at our Coventry café. Participation is free and enables members to earn stamps toward specialty coffees, accumulate reward points or cashback, or receive direct member discounts at the till.
2. The 9-Stamp Milestone Engine
Members earn 1 digital stamp for each eligible hot or iced specialty coffee purchased at participating locations:
- Milestone Target: When you collect 9 stamps, the 10th coffee is complimentary. A Free Drink Voucher is automatically issued to your in-app Locker.
- Voucher Validity: Free drink vouchers are valid for 90 days from the date of issue and can be redeemed for any standard espresso, flat white, latte, cappuccino, or batch brew (including plant-based milk alternatives at no extra cost).
- Card Reset: Upon collecting your 9th stamp, your active milestone stamp counter resets to 0, allowing you to begin collecting toward your next reward immediately.
3. The 3 Reward Modes
Diamond Caffe members can tailor their rewards by selecting one of three active modes in their Account Settings:
Mode A: Points & Stamps
Earn 1 point for every £1 spent across our full food and drinks menu, in addition to coffee milestone stamps. Points can be redeemed for catalogue items (e.g., pastries, retail coffee bags, merchandise). Points do not expire as long as your account records at least one visit every 12 months.
Mode B: 5% Cashback
Earn 5% cashback on your net total spend at checkout. Cashback balances accrue in pence and can be applied as a partial or full payment on future purchases at the till. Cashback has no cash redemption value outside Diamond Caffe.
Mode C: 10% Member Discount
Receive an instant 10% discount off your qualifying order total at checkout. Cannot be combined with external promotional codes or student discounts.
4. Switching Reward Modes
You may change your reward mode at any time in the mobile app (Account → Settings → Reward Mode). Switching modes takes effect immediately on your subsequent till scan. Any previously collected stamps, points balances, or active vouchers remain safely stored in your account and are not forfeited when switching modes.
5. In-Store Redemption Rules
To earn or redeem rewards, you must present your active dynamic QR code or Apple/Google Wallet pass to the barista before completing payment. Rewards cannot be credited retroactively once a till transaction has closed. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, or retail alcoholic beverages.
